10/02/09 Day 2

Breakfast
1 cup of Kombucha tea
Black coffee with 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
1 cup of Raw Milk
Lunch
1.5 cups of arugula
4 oz Chicken
1/2 Acorn Squash
2 tbsp Zukay Salad Dressing
Dinner
4 oz burger w/ cheddar cheese, onions, pickle, mustard, lettuce, tomato
3.5 cups of Sweet Potato Fries
1 light beer
